The PBID Renewal Petition Drive is currently underway. Property owners representing 42.29% of the district’s assessment value have signed renewal petitions as of March 16, 2026. We thank participating owners and encourage remaining property owners to return their petitions.
The Del Paso Boulevard Property & Business Improvement District (PBID) charter expired on December 31, 2025. As a result, PBID-funded services are currently paused.
The Old North Sac Partnership continues to operate as a nonprofit organization and is actively leading efforts to renew the PBID for a future term. Updates on the renewal process will be shared with property owners and stakeholders.
