OUR DISTRICT

Boundaries

The service area includes approximately three hundred thirteen (313) properties with one hundred fifty eight (158) property owners. The DPBPBID boundary generally includes parcels along Del Paso Boulevard between Railroad Drive and Lampasas Avenue, and along Arden Way between the Sacramento Northern Bike Trail and the railroad crossing along Swanson Station.

  To enhance and maintain the commercial vitality of Del Paso Boulevard by providing supplemental improvements, maintenance, and activities that go beyond city services. Through strategic partnerships and targeted initiatives, we ensure a clean, safe, and thriving business environment that directly benefits assessed parcels and supports economic growth.

  To transform Del Paso Boulevard into a premier commercial corridor known for its well-maintained infrastructure, enhanced public spaces, and vibrant business community—creating a destination where property owners, businesses, and visitors can thrive.

  • Establish the S.A.F.E.T.Y. on the Blvd Committee to address crime concerns.
  • Fund private security patrols and coordinate with Sacramento Police.
  • Provide resources for business and property owners to report incidents.
  • Enhance the district’s image with daily litter clean-up, graffiti removal, and sidewalk maintenance.
  • Maintain public safety programs, including the ELERTS See Say app and security cameras.
  • Improve waste management and proactive maintenance efforts.
  • Conduct regular audits to track safety and cleanliness progress.
