Small businesses have been hit hard by the impacts of COVID-19, especially minorities businesses on aging commercial corridors. The free Sac IEDC’s CARES technical assistance program is structured to provide much-needed help to any small business located in the City of Sacramento and has assistance geared to help minorities facing additional hurdles to get back to business. The program offers webinars with experts on relevant topics for today’s business environment, including information on how to operate your business in a COVID-19 environment; how to create an online presence for your business to drive better sales; and 1:1 consulting assistance in a wide range of topics, including a Spanish-speaking setting.
